Mary-Claire Dangel

As a passionate business owner and massage therapist, I’m committed to providing therapeutic services that help clients reconnect with their bodies and find balance. I am proud to support local businesses and teams, including the Singleton AFL Roosterettes, and I’ve had the pleasure of training two skilled team members, Adam and Brandon, to bring even more care to our community.

With the launch of FlatOut Lifestyles in 2025, I’m expanding my focus to include a unique weight management and educational service centered on sustainability, accountability, affordability, self-care, and education. My goal is to empower clients through holistic health services that support long-term well-being, personal growth, and self-discovery.
